“We lucked into BenLe’company. He came out earlier this summer for one A/C issue, on time and resolved it. So when our large unit went out we called him again, late on a Friday night. He was here on Saturday (on time), worked on it but it was beyond repair, on on Sunday, he with his helper, spent 7+ hours putting in a new unit. When I called Friday I thought it would be Monday before someone even came out, and he had it completely done by Sunday.
